Technical Issues

The PDF won't load. What should I do?

Try refreshing the page and uploading again. Ensure your PDF is not password-protected and is under 100MB. If the issue persists, try a different PDF file.

The text editing isn't working properly. Why?

This can happen with scanned PDFs or complex layouts. Try using the background removal tool first, or ensure you're clicking directly on text elements rather than empty spaces.

Can I use OlivePDF on mobile devices?

Yes, OlivePDF works on mobile devices, but for the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or tablet with a larger screen for precise text editing.

What browsers are supported?

OlivePDF works with all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser for optimal performance.
